Here’s something we are really proud of. And something you don’t see too often. We’ve mixed plums with rhubarb – two wonderful ingredients that complement each other – and made them into a jam that is perfectly fresh, sweet and slightly sour. Give it a go!
Shelf life before opening: 18 months from production date.
Shelf life after opening (5ºC): 2 weeks.
Plums (40%), sugar (38%), rhubarb (15%), water, lemon juice (from concentrate), thickening agent: Pectin.
