Bangs plum and rhubarb jam is made from just plums, rhubarb, sugar, water, and lemon juice to give it the ideal, spreadable consistency. We select only the best plums and rhubarbs for our jam to ensure you get the best taste, color, and texture. The plums and rhubarbs are chopped into smaller pieces and cooked to bring out the flavors and to give it a soft, smooth consistency that will delight your taste buds.

All-natural with no artificial preservatives

When creating our plum and rhubarb jam, we’ve added no artificial preservatives. Instead, it is the sugar in the jam that keeps it fresh and preserved. Before opening, the shelf life is 18 months from the production date on the label, and after opening you can enjoy it for 2 weeks when stored in the fridge at 5 ºC. Like all our jams, it is produced in the EU.
