During the late fall and winter months, Denmark is covered in wild rosehip bushes, and we felt it would be a shame to not make them into a sweet, delicious jam for you to enjoy. The fiercely sour, somewhat floral flavor of the rosehip fruits is paired with apples, lemon, and vanilla to create a fresh, sweet, and slightly sour jam. Rosehip jam is perfect in a sandwich, on pancakes, ice cream, oatmeal or with cheese but can also be used in cakes and pastries.

Rosehip jam with a high fruit content

Deeply red in color, rosehip is extremely high in vitamin C – in fact it contains 20 times more of the vitamin than oranges. Rosehip can be eaten raw, but if you ask us, it’s a thousand times better as a jam. Our jam, in particular, if we may say so.

Bangs’ rosehip jam has a high fruit content – one 215 g jar contains over 100 g of real, juicy, and fresh fruit, which gives it an authentic taste. Besides wild rosehip, this jam also contains a bit of apple and lemon to balance the flavors. Try it! We bet you’ll be coming back for more.

No artificial preservatives – all taste

Our delicious jam contains no artificial preservatives. Instead, the sugar in the jam acts as a natural preservative. We also haven’t added any unnecessary artificial flavors so that you can enjoy the rich, authentic, and natural taste of the fruit. What you see is what you get!

It will stay fresh for 18 months before opening, and once opened it can be stored in the refrigerator at 5 ºC for 2 weeks.
