Wild rosehip grows everywhere in Denmark. And that’s how this recipe came to be. Once mixed with a bit of apple, lemon and vanilla it becomes a fresh, sweet and slightly sour jam that is great on bread and a perfect fit with cheese.

Shelf life before opening: 18 months from production date.
Shelf life after opening (5ºC): 2 weeks.

Wild rosehip (35%), sugar (32%), water, apple purée (10%), lemon pulp (5%), lemon juice (from concentrate), Bourbon vanilla, thickening agent: Pectin.
